Open Positions
Operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment to clean residential and commercial properties. You'll be the face of XtremeClean Masters on every job — quality and professionalism are everything.
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing, soft wash, and surface cleaning equipment
- Perform pre-job walkthroughs and communicate scope with customers
- Apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively
- Complete jobs on time and to XtremeClean Masters quality standards
- Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles
- Document before/after photos for every job
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Experience with pressure washing preferred but not required — we train
